Who we are

What we collect

What you send us. The Design Project Calculator doubles as our intake. When you request a consultation it submits your name, email address, the space you are designing, and your note to us, plus your phone number and project location if you choose to add them. The scope you built in the calculator rides along with the request. Nothing on this site requires an account or a password.

Technical basics. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) for security and operations, as effectively every website does. We measure site traffic with Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service: it counts visits and page views in aggregate, sets no cookies, stores no personal profile, and does not follow you to other sites. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule your consultation, scope and price your project, and prepare your proposal. Your submission becomes a contact record in our client intake board so we do not lose track of the conversation.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in Monday.com, the CRM we run intake on, and in our email. The site is hosted on Vercel, and aggregate traffic statistics live with Plausible. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security practices; we do not grant them any right to use your information for their own purposes.

What we share

If your project moves toward construction, or you ask about building, we share your project record with our sister company, Integrated Contracting & Renovations, under the same parent company. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we disclose it beyond that only if the law requires us to.

Cookies and local storage

We set no tracking cookies; Plausible, our analytics service, is cookieless by design. The site keeps a single flag in your browser's session storage so the welcome animation plays once per visit instead of on every page; it clears when you close the tab. Some mood photography on interior pages is served from Unsplash's image servers, which receive the standard request data (such as your IP address) that any image host receives when a picture loads.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and project records as ordinary business records. If you want to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email Erica@idspgh.com and we will take care of it. Deletion requests are honored except where we need the record for an active engagement or a legal obligation.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in substance, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
